Toorak Capital Partners, a residential real estate lender, has announced the appointment of Scott Goldman as head of asset management. In this role, Goldman will oversee Toorak’s asset portfolio and servicing oversight process.  

With nearly 25 years of experience in residential mortgage finance, risk management, secondary marketing, and servicing operations, Goldman brings a wealth of expertise to the company.  

Prior to joining Toorak, he held positions at Cenlar FSB and Ally, where he managed mortgage service operations for an $11 billion portfolio. “We are excited to welcome Scott to our management team,” said John Beacham, CEO of Toorak. “His expertise in residential mortgage finance, risk management, secondary marketing, and servicing operations will be instrumental in helping us continue to strategically align and expand our business.”
