Tool Retailer Joins Tenant Line-Up in Georgetown

Harbor Freight Tools, offering tools at low prices for more than 40 years, has leased 16,000 square feet of space in Republic Square, a retail center located at the northeast corner of IH-35 and Williams Avenue in Georgetown.

Jeff Lewis and Brett Maze with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive project leasing agents for the center. CLD Realty represented the tenant.

At Republic Square, Harbor Freight Tools joins a tenant line-up that includes Dollar Tree, Sola Salons, Starbucks, Chipotle and NextCare Urgent Care, among others.

Harbor Freight Tools offers more than 7,000 tools and accessories at prices that are up to 80% less than competitors, according to Weitzman. The selection includes hand tools, generators, air and power tools, shop equipment, automotive tools and other categories.
