Tom Thumb to anchor Argyle retail center

Tom Thumb to Anchor 138K-SF Argyle Retail Center

A Tom Thumb supermarket will be the anchor tenant for an Argyle shopping center. Construction on the 63,000-square-foot store is underway at 1046 Market Way in Argyle. The store is expected to open in spring 2026. Joining the Tom Thumb at the Harvest Town Center are McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A and Chase Bank. Argyle is northwest of the DFW metro area.

The Dallas Business Journal reports the center is near two massive residential communities planned by Hillwood: the 4,000-home Harvest in Argyle and the 3,100-home Pecan Square in Northlake.

The center will be developed across two phases. Restaurants and an additional bank are on the way.

Frost Bank helped finance the project. Ridgemont Construction Co. is the construction partner.

Tom Thumb opened its first store in Dallas in 1948.
