Tom Sullivan Joins JLL’s Boston Capital Markets Team
JLL Capital Markets has appointed Tom Sullivan as a senior managing director in its Boston office. By joining the Capital Markets group, Sullivan will specialize in debt and equity advisory transactions across the Northeast region.
Sullivan brings extensive experience, having spent the last six years establishing and leading the structured finance advisory group for a global commercial real estate firm in the New England area. Throughout his career, Sullivan has advised on over $3 billion in debt and equity transactions for institutional clients, as well as regional operators and developers.
With a background in lending and a focus on the Mid-Atlantic through New England corridor, he has handled more than $12 billion in debt and equity transactions across various asset types, including multi-housing, industrial, office/biotech, retail, and development sites/land.
