Tom Ford Office Lease Brings 500 Park Ave. to Full Occupancy

Tom Ford Fashion has signed a new 10-year, 11,118-square-foot office lease at SL Green Realty Corp.’s 500 Park Ave. The lease brings the building to 100% leased.

The tenant was represented by David Goldstein, Jarod Stern and Sam Mann of Savills. SL Green was represented by Frank Doyle, Cynthia Wasserberger and Michael Pallas of JLL.

“500 Park Avenue’s location and boutique quality continue to attract luxury, international, financial and other world-class companies seeking a best-in-class experience,” said Steven Durels, EVP and director of leasing and real property at SL Green.

Located at the corner of 59th Street and Park Avenue, 500 Park was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.  With 201,000 square feet of luxury office and prime retail space, the building has a tenant roster including The Georgetown Company, Vera Wang and Friedland Properties. Since acquiring the building in November 2024, SL Green has been finalizing the design for an extensive lobby renovation.
