Toll Brothers Tops Out West Midtown MXU Development

Toll Brothers Apartment Living topped out Osprey, a 325,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Atlanta’s West Midtown neighborhood. The project consists of a 13-story apartment tower, two five-story buildings and a 540-space parking garage. The development is scheduled to be completed Q1 2020.

Amenities at the 319-unit apartment community will include an outdoor pool, fitness studio, a sky lounge with community bar and a co-working space. The top two floors will feature penthouse units with private outdoor living areas. In addition, the project will include 30,000 square feet of retail space.

General contractor Balfour Beatty utilized Prescient modular construction technology to build the project’s tower structure. Osprey is the first Atlanta project with the Prescient system to go vertical and top out. Balfour Beatty began installing the prefabricated tower structure in February.
