Toll Brothers Takes Home the Gold

Toll Brothers struck gold with its new, residential building in Manhattan. Its 18-story tower, at 121 E. 22nd St. in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park neighborhood, won the “Best on the Board Multifamily Community” prize at the 2017 Gold Nugget Awards, held June 29, 2017 in San Diego.

Toll Brothers also won the prize for “Best Mixed-Use Project” for its Pierhouse property on the Brooklyn waterfront.

“We’ve crafted a collection of distinctive residences in dynamic urban markets, and we are honored to be acknowledged as leaders in the real estate industry nationwide,” said Michael J. Duff, the marketing director of Toll Brothers City Living.
