Toll Brothers New Hoboken Condos 90% Sold

Nearly 90% of the condominiums have already sold at 1400 Hudson St., Toll Brothers’ new building in Hoboken, NJ, even though construction is still finishing and the building’s newly decorated model home just opened.

“Buyers have been drawn to the building’s unique design, which provides the perfect balance of modern lifestyle offerings within the context of the neighborhood’s industrial past,” said Henry L. Waller, vice president for Toll Brothers City Living.

The model home is furnished by Benjamin Vandiver, with wide plank oak flooring, quartz stone countertops and custom wood cabinetry. The 12-story building includes 236 condos, and is Toll Brothers’ third condo development in Hoboken’s Hudson Tea Factory complex. Prices average roughly $900 per square-foot, according to StreetEasy.
