Toll Brothers Developing 362-Unit Fort Worth Apartment Complex

KWA Construction has started work on the Settler Apartments, a 362-unit multifamily project in Fort Worth, located South of White Settlement Road along Athenia Drive and Deavers Lane. Developed by Toll Brothers, Settler Apartments will be a four-story structure that will wrap around a five-story precast parking garage. Units will come in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.

Designed by Hensley Lamkin Rachel, Settler Apartments will offer future residents more than 13,000 square feet of amenity space, including a club room, lounge, conference room, mailroom and package storage, leasing office, dog wash and a stand-alone fitness center. Additionally, outdoor amenities will entail a swimming pool with a pool deck and resident social seating areas, a patio area built off of the lounge, a yoga terrace, a fire pit, built-in planters throughout the community, a sitting lawn area and an outdoor bar and grilling station.

The Settler Apartments are expected to be complete in Summer, 2024.
