Toll Brothers/Davis Cos. Building Rental Units in Historic Lewisville

Toll Brothers Apartment Living has taken the next step in its Texas expansion strategy by starting construction at Whitlow, a four-story, 420-unit luxury apartment in Lewisville, Texas. 

Developed in partnership with Boston-based The Davis Cos., Whitlow will cover nearly 600,000 square feet of developed space, including 588 parking spaces. It is located close to a number of Lewisville attractions, including the historic district, nature preserves and Lewisville Lake, as well as Dallas about 25 miles to the south.

Amenities will include a clubhouse, game room, fitness center, pool, outdoor lounge and pet park, among other offerings. Construction is set to be complete by early 2024.

Whitlow is the latest of eight development projects for Toll Brothers Apartment Living in the Dallas-Fort Worth market so far, and its eighth collaboration with The Davis Cos. on developments across the country. Toll stated that they plan to have 2,400 new units under construction across Texas by the end of the year.
