Todd Stewart Jumps from HFF to JLL

Long-time HFF Houston multifamily expert M. Todd Stewart has moved to JLL as managing director. In his new role, he will focus on institutional multifamily business.

Stewart has more than 30 years of experience representing pension funds, REITs, insurance companies and banks in multifamily sales transactions. Over his career, he negotiated approximately 500 multifamily transactions, totaling 150,000 units, and more than $10 billion in aggregate value.

Stewart joined HFF in August 2009, where he co-headed the Houston Multi-Housing Group. Prior to that, he was executive vice president of the CBRE Houston Multi-Housing Properties Group, and a member of CBRE’s Major Accounts Group.

JLL’s Jeff Price indicated the importance of maintaining a strong presence across the state of Texas. “Todd brings long-standing institutional client relationships and a mastery of the Houston multifamily market, both of which will increase our capacity to fulfill clients’ needs in this dynamic environment,” he added.

Connect Houston will take place Feb. 7 at Station 3! Log on here for more details.
