Todd Sammann Joins CBRE Global Investors to Lead Credit Strategies

CBRE Global Investors expanded its leadership team with the addition of Todd Sammann who joins the Los Angeles-based firm as an Executive Managing Director to lead the Credit Strategies platform in the Americas. The real estate finance leader most recently was with Narrative Capital Management, which he founded in 2015.

CBRE Global Investors’ Vance Maddocks says, “Todd is an experienced real estate investment professional with deep expertise in real estate credit strategies. Additionally, his focus on client outcomes and his fiduciary mindset are a strong cultural fit for CBRE Global Investors.”

Also joining are Narrative colleagues Charles Kim and Ed Paje in Los Angeles, and Christian Fuqua and Eric Anderson in New York.

During his 20-plus-year career, Sammann has deployed more than $50 billion across a variety of debt strategies and investment vehicles and has launched and led specialty finance companies. He has held roles at Colony Capital, Deutsche Bank and Goldman, Sachs & Co.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Content and Public Relations for Connect Commercial Real Estate. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
