Todd Korren Joins Lee & Associates NYC as Principal 

Lee & Associates NYC has appointed Todd Korren as its principal, executive managing director, and director of Leasing, overseeing brokerage operations, agent management, and strategic planning.  

With over 30 years of industry experience, Korren brings a wealth of expertise. Previously with Avison Young and EVO RE Group, Korren has negotiated over 1,800 leases ranging from 1,000 square feet to 265,000 square feet, representing 9.1 million square feet though out his career. He has participated in over 45 acquisitions and dispositions valued at over $2.9 billion and supervised over 485 interior construction and new development projects. 

“I have known Todd professionally and personally for over 25 years. I’ve always admired his professionalism, integrity, and breadth of experience.
