Todd Hendricks Joins Lee & Associates’ Industrial Team

Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, announced Todd Hendricks joined the company’s Illinois Industrial Services Group as a Senior Vice President.

Hendricks will leverage Lee & Associates’ decades-long presence in the Chicago market with his 20-year career in transportation, 3PL brokerage, and industrial real estate. He provides nationwide brokerage services for acquiring and leasing industrial properties and land sites, including off-market investments, build-to-suit, and sale-leaseback transactions.

Hendricks specializes in sophisticated location analysis and last-mile supply chain solutions for the trucking, distribution, and manufacturing sectors. He spent the previous seven years with Darwin Realty and has held corporate sales and business development roles.
