Tock Chooses New Tishman Speyer Build for Fulton Market HQ
Tock, an emerging provider of streamlined online reservations, events, take-out and delivery tools, will move its current Fulton Market headquarters to Tishman Speyer’s newly opened 320 N. Sangamon. The tenant, which was acquired in March by Squarespace, will occupy the fifth and sixth floors, a 51,000-square-foot-space.
Tishman Speyer senior managing director Ryan Botjer said, “Tock is exactly the type of customer that 320 N Sangamon was designed to serve, with its innovative leadership in providing technology solutions to the restaurant industry. Now with the backing of Squarespace, which acquired Tock earlier in 2021, we believe the company can anticipate continued success and we welcome the opportunity to support its workplace needs during the coming years.”
Co-developed with Chicago-based Mark Goodman & Associates. 320 N. Sangamon is the latest addition to Tishman Speyer’s large Chicago portfolio. Tishman Speyer’s Ellen May, Adam Mitchell and Olivia Parker are the property’s leasing representatives.
