TNW Closes on Refi Backed by Pan-Brooklyn Portfolio

Connect Apartments is coming up on June 26th in Los Angeles. Here’s a link to find out more about the conference and to register.

TNW Capital, the joint venture lending platform of Princeton Holdings and Northwind Group, has closed on a three-year, $69-million refinancing secured by a portfolio of 10 cross-collateralized real estate properties in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg, Bushwick and Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhoods. Owned by Yoel Goldman’s All Year Management, the portfolio represents a mix of residential, commercial and retail properties.

“As owners and operators ourselves, we feel very comfortable providing such loans,” said Joseph Tabak, chairman of Princeton Holdings. “We intend for TNW Capital to become a dominant player in the debt market, as we are able to tackle large, complex transactions.”

The portfolio is comprised of 65 Kent Ave., 61 N. 9th St., 141 Spencer St., 169 Graham Ave., 735 Bedford Ave., 1010 Bedford Ave., 268 Metropolitan Ave., 1157 Myrtle Ave., 394-396 Gates Ave. and 476-478 Lafayette Ave. Combined, Princeton and Northwind have executed $15 billion in real estate transactions.
