TNT Relocates to PG County with 11K-SF Lease

TNT Services Group, Inc., a company specializing in windows, doors, and other supplies for real estate, is relocating and expanding its facilities to St. John Properties’ Melford Town Center in Prince George’s County, Maryland. The company has signed a lease for 11,501 square feet of space and plans to move approximately 10 employees this summer to Bowie, MD. St. John Properties’ Mike White represented the landlord, and CBRE’s Kevin O’Neil represented the tenant.

TNT Services will occupy 17301 Melford Boulevard, a single-story building comprising 36,210 square feet of flex/R&D space, sharing the facility with Blink Charging’s new corporate headquarters. The company will use approximately 90% of the space for storing building supplies and 10% for administrative purposes.

“Steady and sustained corporate growth necessitated a new facility and we chose a site that would be more strategic for servicing our clients throughout Maryland, including the Eastern Shore, Northern Virginia and extending to the Winchester, Virginia area,” said Blake Tarleton, president of TNT Services Group.
