TMG Partners Makes Several Promotions

TMG Partners, a major mixed-use developer in the Bay Area, has promoted four of its executives: David Cropper, Lynn Tolin, Matt Field and Zoa Town.

Cropper, who was previously managing director and focused on Silicon Valley, is now a development director. Tolin, who is now chief operating officer, was formerly the vice president of asset and property management. Field, who will remain as chief investment officer, is also now chairman of the investment committee. Town is now vice president of property and asset management. She was previously an assistant asset and property manager.

The firm has lately done a lot of work in the SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco.
