TMG Partners Eyes Oakland
TMG Partners, one of the largest office developers in the Bay Area, might be looking at Oakland to buy one of the city’s tallest buildings.
TMG is now reportedly in talks to purchase 1330 Broadway, a 328,427-square-foot building next to the 12th Street BART station. It is the 12th-tallest building in Oakland, and owned by investor Myron Zimmerman.
Based in San Francisco, TMG has developed more than 25 million square feet in the Bay Area in its 31 years of operation.
Oakland seems to be one of the burgeoning locales in the country right now, with major tenants such as Uber recently moving to the city from San Francisco, and other major companies giving the city a look.
