Necessity Retail REIT Acquires San Jose Shopping Center

TMG Partners Adds 148K-SF to San Jose Office Portfolio

San Francisco-based TMG Partners acquired a pair of office assets in San Jose for an undisclosed price. The 148,000-square-foot property shares close proximity with tech titans Apple and Google.

The properties at 2460 and 2480 North First St. sit in the heart of the Golden Triangle, long recognized as one of the most desirable trade areas in Silicon Valley. It is home to some of the world’s most notable technology companies. Apple’s 43-acre North First Campus is located across the street.

TMG Partners’ Matt Field says, “As TMG continues investing in the San Jose market, this acquisition provides an excellent opportunity to participate in a quickly growing neighborhood of dynamic players.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s Steve Hermann and Eric Fox handled the listing and sale of the asset. TMG was self-represented.
