TMG Closes Deal for North SA Apartments

The Multifamily Group (TMG) recently sold the 130-unit Legacy Apartments in north San Antonio for an undisclosed amount. TMG senior advisor Bryce Smith worked with the Texas-based seller and procured the undisclosed buyer.

The sale is the fourth that Smith has completed in the San Antonio market in the past 13 months.

Legacy was built in 1974. The property is located just off Wurzbach Parkway near the Perrin Beitel Road intersection.

The seller, DJE Texas Management Group, is led by veteran investor Devin Elder. “Devin has a proven track record of improving assets in San Antonio into communities where residents are proud to call home,” said Smith. “He is proud of the work he has done with Legacy and plans to continue to improve the San Antonio community.”
