TMG Brokers $15M Sale of Fresno Multifamily Community

Costa Mesa, CA-based real estate investment and advisory firm The Mogharebi Group (TMG) has arranged the sale of Birch Commons, a 49-unit multifamily community in Fresno, CA. The firm’s Robin Kane, Brendan Kane and Gordon Larkin represented the seller, a Central Valley builder in the $14.75 million transaction. The buyer was a family office represented by the Visintainer Group.

“Because Birch Commons is an institutional-quality asset and presented such a rare acquisition opportunity in Fresno’s high-demand Woodward Park neighborhood, we were able to achieve one of the market’s highest prices per door ever at more than $300,000,” said Robin Kane. 

Located at 1850 E. Birch Avenue, Birch Commons is a townhome-style complex with one-, two- and three-bedroom residences ranging in size from 950 to 1,700 square feet. Community amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse and fitness center and is in close proximity to Cal State University Fresno.
