TMC Holdings to Develop 50K-SF Industrial Facility in Franklin

TMC Holdings & Development plans to develop a 50,000-square-foot industrial facility in Franklin. TMC acquired the development site from Strategic Materials Inc.

Located approximately 30 miles southwest of Boston, the site is a former glass recycling facility. It is located in the Marijuana Overlay District, and features frontage on I-495. TMC plans to demolish the facility and build a warehouse with 22- to 24-foot clear heights.

Construction is expected to start in fall. John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes represented TMC Holdings in the transaction.
