TKC Brokers $91M Sale of Multifamily in Charlotte’s NoDa District
The Kirkland Company has arranged the $90.9-million sale of Amaze @ NoDa, a recently developed 298-unit complex in Charlotte, NC. The property was acquired by St. Petersburg-FL based Stoneweg U.S. LLC.
Dennis Harris, Austin Haney and Matt Behr of TKC brokered the asset on behalf of the seller, Neyland Apartment Associates.
The property is comprised of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and is located in the NoDa submarket along the Lynx Blue Line railway.
“The property falls in a desirable location: Charlotte’s historic arts and entertainment district,” said Behr. “It’s a unique and quickly changing environment with much to offer and sits just 10 minutes outside of uptown.”
“With current rent levels and the continued improvements coming to the area, Amaze at NoDa is an extremely attractive investment,” added Haney.
Nashville, TN-based TKC focuses on the sale of apartment communities in the Southeast. It has closed 889 multifamily investment transactions since inception.
