Title Search Firm Opts for 200 Park Place

Veritas Title Partners, L.P. has signed a 7,011-square-foot lease in the recently unveiled 200 Park Place at 4200 Westheimer Rd. within the Park Place | River Oaks development. A Dec. 1 move-in is anticipated for the firm’s new headquarters.

Serving both residential and commercial customers nationwide, Veritas Title Partners is led by CFO Michael Knudsen and COO Sandra Paige. Senterra Real Estate Group LLC CEO Neil H. Tofsky and VP Kevin D. Tofsky represented Veritas, while Brad Beasley and Connor Saxe of Cushman & Wakefield led efforts on behalf of the landlord, Stonelake Capital Partners.

Buildout of the office has started with Senterra providing construction management services. David Henderson of JZ Interior Design is the architect, and Miller LaPointe Construction is serving as the general contractor.

Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
