NYC Title Insurer WFG Brings in CRE Veteran Christensen

WFG National Title Insurance Company, headquartered in Portland, OR, has named Gregg W. Christensen as senior business development officer for the company’s New York City-based national commercial services division. His responsibilities will include the origination, development and management of client relationships among principals, lenders, developers, brokers, attorneys and other stakeholders within commercial real estate.

Christensen comes to WFG with more than 25 years’ CRE and title insurance expertise. Prior to joining WFG, he worked with the national commercial services team at another large national title insurer. Before that, he was the publisher and SVP of sales for ALM Real Estate Media Group, where he was one of the company’s top producers.

“Coming in on the ground floor of the nation’s fastest-growing title underwriter is a true honor for me, and I’m excited for the opportunity to build on WFG’s service commitment in this region,” said Christensen.
