Titan To Build 284-Unit Fort Worth Multifamily Development
The company broke ground on the $65 million project at Chisolm Trail Ranch. It’s expected to be completed in 2025. Called The Trailhead, it will sit on 13.5 acres where tenants will be treated to artwork, landscaping and other design features that will pay tribute to the legendary Chisolm Trail. In addition, a large park will be included on the property. Floorplans will include one, two and three-bedroom units. Other amenities include covered parking, a pool, dog park and pickleball courts.
Chisolm Trail Ranch is a 625-acre master planned community located just west of the Chisolm Trail Parkway, with direct connections to I-20 and I-30. Residents will have easy access to major employers in oil and gas, manufacturing, hospitality and aerospace.
Titan joined forces with Aberg Property, a Dallas based investment firm, specializing in multifamily projects.
