Titan Expands Albuquerque Multifamily Footprint
Titan Development is transforming a business park into a mixed-use development. Last week the company unveiled the firm’s new, 158-unit multifamily complex at Journal Center, a business park in Northeast Albuquerque.
The project Allaso Journal Center is part of Titan Development’s Allaso series of projects and was constructed by Pavilion Construction and ORB Architect. The development in the Northeast Heights, which cost $35 million, stands four stories and is 175,000 square feet. The project will be completed by August. Rents will range from $1,700 to $2,100. Amenities include a resort-style pool, spa, cabanas and barbecue grills.
Titan has 11 multifamily projects in Albuquerque, seven that are completed and four under construction. Titan has sponsored a series of funds that have raised over $329 million since 2017.
