Titan Development Buys Tech Center Property From City of Hutto
Titan purchased the land designated for the Hutto Mega TechCenter. Titan will develop it into its latest industrial park.
Titan has been busy in the town, just outside Austin. The company completed Innovation Business Park in Hutto and has since purchased another 100 acres to expand the industrial park.
Hutto hopes to attract the attention of a number of large employers just outside town. Samsung is building its $17 billion semiconductor factors in neighboring Taylor.
Titan’s Joe Iannacone says the relationship with Hutto is going well, “We are excited to be developing new industrial properties at this very attractive site in Hutto. We anticipate this new park will help meet the increasing demand by high-tech companies and suppliers to locate in the greater Austin area.”
The park is located just south of Highway 79. The 188-acre park is zoned for buildings ranging from 200,000 to 1,000,000 square feet.
