Titan Building $86M Colorado Springs Rental Community

Titan Development is using proceeds from its third fund to construct a 253-unit multifamily community in Colorado Springs. In 2022, Titan Development closed its third fund at $122 million. As of today, Titan has four multifamily and six industrial projects under the fund. Allaso Peak is the company’s first development in Colorado Springs.

Albuquerque Business First reports Allaso Peak is an $86.6 million, six-building, two and three-story project.

The project will be constructed by Gordon Construction and Humphreys & Partners Architects. Titan broke ground in December 2022 and expects construction to conclude by April 2025.

The complex offers resort-style living with amenities such as cabanas, a fitness center, pickleball courts and a pool.

Since 1999, Titan has developed a portfolio worth more than $3 billion. Over the years, Titan has completed more than 2,000 multifamily units across the Southwest.
