Tishman Speyer’s Rincon Hill Condo Project Nears 80% Sold Mark
New York-based Tishman Speyer’s Lumina residences in San Francisco closed the first quarter with strong sales momentum. The luxury high-rise condo development entered into contract on more than 40 homes so far in 2017, bringing the project to more than 79% committed.
Located at Main and Folsom Streets, where SoMa meets the Embarcadero on Rincon Hill, Lumina includes 656 residences in two towers of 42 and 37 stories. The project, which began sales in 2014 and move-ins in 2015, is considered one of the most lucrative real estate projects in the country.
Lumina found favor with buyers seeking a high-end property right when the City’s fortunes soared. The property has such on-site amenities as the Jay Wright-designed fitness center, a 70-foot, heated lap pool, private dining room with chef’s kitchen and outdoor balcony, as well as a landscaped rooftop terrace with barbecues.
