Tishman Speyer, Silverstein Secure $330M Refi for Midtown Office Tower

Tishman Speyer and Silverstein Properties have finalized a $330 million refinancing of their Class-A office tower at 11 West 42nd Street in Bryant Park. The new loan, provided by Bank of America with Taconic Capital as mezzanine lender, will retire the existing debt and support ongoing leasing efforts.

With over 321,000 square feet leased in the past two years, the 32-story tower is now 99% occupied by tenants, including Michael Kors, Citizen’s Bank and Trust, New York University and Kohn Pederson Fox.

Tishman Speyer and Silverstein were represented in the transaction by a Newmark team led by Dustin Stolly, Jordan Roeschlaub, Nick Scribani, and Chris Kramer.
