Tishman Speyer Sells Meta-Leased Sunnyvale Office Campus
Tishman Speyer announced the sale of an office complex in the Moffett Park neighborhood of Sunnyvale, CA to CommonWealth Partners. The campus, which includes four office buildings, two parking structures and plenty of outdoor recreational space is fully leased to Meta.
Newmark, which calls the transaction Silicon Valley’s largest ever investment sale, represented Tishman Speyer.

The sale and the lease demonstrates that Silicon Valley remains a global center of innovation and that the market for highly collaborative, well-designed office space with accessible green space and top-level amenities is still strong,” said Tishman Speyer CEO Rob Speyer.
