Tishman Speyer, MGA Ready to Break Ground in Fulton Market

Tishman Speyer and co-developer Mark Goodman & Associates (MGA) have set a September 26 groundbreaking for 320 N Sangamon, a creative office project in the Fulton Market District. The developers plan to have the 13-story, 270,000-square-foot property ready by the first quarter of 2021.

320 N Sangamon will be the latest addition to Tishman Speyer’s large Chicago office portfolio, now at more than 8.5 million square feet. With floorplates between 25,000 and 28,000 square feet, the project has been designed to attract technology-oriented space users.

Tenants at 320 N Sangamon will have access to ZO, Tishman Speyer’s offering of lifestyle services and experiences that’s being rolled out across its portfolio. Tishman Speyer’s Ellen May and Joe Gordon are the project’s leasing representatives.

MGA principal Mark Goodman will be among the CRE luminaries sharing insights at the upcoming Connect Chicago Fall 2019 conference. See this morning’s top story for more details.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
