Tishman Speyer Completes $206M Sale of Creative Office Campus

Tishman Speyer has finalized the $206 million sale of 555 Aviation Boulevard, a 260,000-square-foot creative office campus in El Segundo, CA.  Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in one of the largest office sales in LA County over the last five years.

After purchasing the property in 2015, Tishman Speyer embarked on a $44 million reinvention program that converted the aging facility into a creative office environment. The firm added light-filled interior spaces, large windows, a fitness center, cafe and multiple outdoor gathering areas. The campus is now fully leased to Belkin International, Publicis and Fabletics.
