Tishman Speyer Boston Development Listed, May Fetch $420M
A 13-story office building under-development in Boston’s Seaport District has hit the market. Tishman Speyer’s Pier 4 tower could reportedly fetch more than $420 million, which would translate to a $1,100-per-square-foot price tag.
The 561,000-square-foot project at 130-140 N. Northern Ave., is slated to deliver this summer. The overall Pier 4 project encompasses Lots 2 and 3. Lot 2 contains the 353,000-square-foot office building and 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail. Lot 3 includes a nine-story condominium building. Both are on top of a combined two-level subterranean parking garage.
NKF is handling the sales assignment for the 93%-pre-leased office building, which is the future headquarters for Cengage and Boston Consulting Group.
