Through the partnership, eligible Amex cardholders will gain access to Tishman Speyer’s ZO amenity network, the first time access has been granted to non-tenants. Eligible Amex Card Members will have access to more than 20 ZO Clubhouse and Studio coworking locations in six major cities: New York, Boston, Washington, DC, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

The hospitality-driven locations offer venues ranging lounges and coworking areas to meeting and event spaces, with complimentary access, guest passes and up to $500 in annual statement credits toward event space bookings at ZO or Studio locations. For cardholders, there is no increase in the annual fee.
