Tishman Speyer Adds Two-Building Boston Campus to Client Solutions Portfolio
Tishman Speyer said Wednesday it has been selected by the ownership of Boston SE Propco LLC to provide third-party management and leasing services at 1000 Washington St. and 321 Harrison Ave., a 490,000-square-foot, two-building campus in Boston’s South End. 321 Harrison Avenue encompasses 247,000 square feet of Class A lab and office space catering to Boston’s life science sector, while 1000 Washington is an 11-story office building.
321 Harrison and 1000 Washington are the latest addition to Tishman Speyer’s growing third-party management business, known as Client Solutions Tishman Speyer will deliver an integrated suite of client solutions services, combining analytics, experience, and creativity, the company said..
“The 1000 Washington Street and 321 Harrison Avenue assignment reflects both the strength of our longstanding relationships in the Boston market, as well as the deep operational and leasing expertise of our team,” said Tishman Speyer managing director Lenny Sciascia.
