Tishman Speyer Adds to Tenant Lineup at DC Retail Plaza

Tishman Speyer announced a mix of retail is coming to the Wisconsin Avenue street level of Residences at Mazza, Friendship Heights’ newest luxury residential community.

TJ Maxx recently opened a 41,165-square-foot space, while Total Wine & More will open a 29,135-square-foot location this fall. A fast-casual salad concept restaurant chain will open a 1,774-square-foot space next year, and Inspire Nail Bar will open a 1,786-square-foot salon. Also in 2026, Wonder will open a 3,252 square foot space to support its growing mealtime platform.

Beyond its growing mix of shops and restaurants, Residences at Mazza benefits from its close proximity to other major retailers, including Trader Joe’s coming soon across the street, Whole Foods, Rodman’s, Starbucks, Bloomingdale’s, Sephora and more.

Residences at Mazza is managed and leased by industry leader Bozzuto Management. The retail leasing program is managed in-house by Tishman Speyer. Bradley Buslik, David Ward and Alex Sheil of H&R Retail represented Tishman Speyer in the deals. For more information, visit residencesatmazza.com.
