Tishman Speyer Adds 130K SF of Leases at The Spiral 

Tishman Speyer has secured five new lease agreements totaling 129,500 square feet at The Spiral, its West Midtown office tower at 66 Hudson Boulevard. HSBC expanded its U.S. headquarters lease by 35,400 square feet, bringing its total to over 300,000 square feet. XR Extreme Reach leased 13,400 square feet on the 21st floor, and Fifth Wall relocated to a 6,700-square-foot space on the 53rd floor. Additionally, two investment management firms secured full-floor leases of 38,500 and 35,500 square feet, respectively. 

The Spiral, designed by BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group, features cascading landscaped terraces and a continuous green pathway. The 2.8 million-square-foot tower, also home to Pfizer and other firms, offers amenities including the ZO Clubhouse, Studio co-working spaces, and Spiral Suites. Street-level dining will include Papa San and concepts by chef Gabriel Kreuther.
