TireHub Leases 405K SF with Mapletree in San Bernardino

TireHub, a national tire distributor created by The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Bridgestone Americas, has signed a lease for 404,725 square feet at 1089 E. Mill St., Mapletree’s industrial warehouse in San Bernardino. Lease terms were not disclosed.

With access to the I-10, I-210 and I-215 freeways and San Bernardino International Airport, the warehouse offers 30-foot clear heights, 102 dock doors, 67 trailer parking stalls and 4,266 square feet of office space. 

Kenneth Andersen and Rick John of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented Mapletree in the transaction, alongside Mapletree asset manager Steve Provencio.

Headquartered in Singapore, Mapletree owns and manages more than 66 million square feet of industrial assets across the U.S. Since entering the U.S. real estate market in 2014, the group has built a diverse portfolio spanning logistics, data center, office, student housing and multifamily properties.
