Continental Tire chooses FW industrial park for $68M site

Tire Maker Building Factory, Offices in FW

Continental Tire has chosen Fort Worth for a $69 million industrial building and offices. The 752,000-square-foot build-to-suit building will include 7,500 square feet of support offices. The project, at 10101 Old Burleson Road, will be within the 85.9-acre Risinger/35 Logistics Park, which will be developed by Hillwood. Construction began last month and will be completed in early 2026. Dallas-based GSR Andrade Architects is the architect for the project.

The project where Continental Tire plans to build was also picked by DICK’s Sporting Goods Inc., it plans to build an 800,000-square-foot distribution center in the Risinger/35 Logistics Park, hiring an expected 300 people.

Continental Tires, based in Germany, employs more than 190,000 people in 61 countries and 554 locations. The U.S. headquarters of Continental Tire the Americas LLC is in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
