Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Tina West as senior managing director to lead the firm’s multifamily operations in the West region. West brings more than 30 years of experience in the multifamily space.

West will be based in San Diego where she will oversee the firm’s management portfolio of approximately 466 properties totaling more than 91,000 apartment homes in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas. West joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE where she served as managing director and multifamily practice leader.
