Tim’s Furniture Mart Inks New Lease at Hagerstown Premium Outlets

Maryland-based retailer Tim’s Furniture Mart has signed a lease with Simon Property Group for 67,320 square feet of space at Hagerstown Premium Outlets in Hagerstown, Maryland.  

Tim’s Furniture Mart plans to open its store in the 485,000-square-foot outlet center during the summer. The store will occupy a free-standing space that was previously occupied by Wolf’s Furniture and used temporarily for COVID-19 vaccine administration.  

Hagerstown Premium Outlets features tenants including Adidas, Brooks Brothers Factory Store, Gap Outlet, and J. Crew Factory. Lee & Associates represented the landlord in the leasing transaction with a team led by Bill Harrison, Steve Weiss and Ben Brooks.
