Time to Nominate CRE’s Rising Stars for the Ninth Annual Next Generation Awards

The deadline is almost upon us for submitting nominations to Connect CRE’s ninth annual Next Generation Awards. We welcome your input as we get ready to spotlight 110 of commercial real estate’s most talented young professionals, with an all-new class of honorees, but the deadline is this Wednesday.

As in previous editions of our Next Generation Awards, we intend to honor rising stars from each of the regions we cover. That means Next Generation honorees in California, Seattle, Phoenix, Texas, Chicago, Boston, New York, Washington, Atlanta and Florida, in addition to National candidates.

Just as we’re looking for Next Generation nominees from across the country, we’re also looking for candidates from across the CRE spectrum. Last year’s winners included rising stars in development, finance, ownership, proptech and brokerage, to name a few of the disciplines that were represented.

After considering your recommendations, we’ll choose this year’s honorees. We’ll begin announcing them in June.

Candidates must be 35 or younger as of Dec. 31, 2025.

Please return your nomination by May 7, 2025.
