Co-developers Time Equities, JK Equities, and Oak Capitals, officially launched the marketing campaign for 1000M, a 73-story residential tower located on Michigan Avenue at Grant Park.

1000M was designed by the late architect Helmut Jahn and Chicago-based interior designer, Kara Mann, designed the apartment and amenity area interiors. McHugh is the construction manager for the project with Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank providing construction financing. Lincoln Property Company is the leasing and management agent for 1000M.

First unit deliveries are anticipated in Spring 2024, with additional units being delivered in phases throughout the rest of the year. The property’s website features new renderings of the project, including exterior and interior views. 1000M has also activated its social media accounts to provide a first-hand look at the building’s ongoing progress. Centrally located along Chicago’s Cultural Mile at the Museum Campus, 1000M is within walking distance of neighborhood amenities, parks, restaurants, and schools.
