Timberlane Partners Breaks Ground on Utah Multifamily Project

Seattle-based real estate company Timberlane Partners has broken ground on Back 9, a luxury apartment community in West Valley City, UT. The 280,000-square-foot project will feature a resort-style pool, fitness center and rooftop plaza.

“West Valley is an exciting and vibrant part of Salt Lake City County, and we’re thrilled to be planting a flag here with this development that is sure to add excitement to downtown West Valley City as future residents contribute to the Valley Fair shopping and entertainment hub,” said Timberlane Principal John Chaffetz.

Located adjacent to Valley Fair Mall, the 262-unit podium-style multifamily building will have numerous amenities including a kids play area and a clubhouse with a kitchen and entertainment area.

The project team includes Rich Day Group, Beecher Walker Architects, Jacobsen Construction and BHB Engineers. Construction on the Back 9 project is slated to be complete in late 2024.
