Savills has announced that technology and life sciences specialist Tim Dwight has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director in Los Angeles. “With strong relationships and an impressive roster of clients, as well as unique expertise in the technology sector, Tim will ensure that Savills provides the highest level of service,” said the firm’s LA region president, Joshua Gorin.

Dwight brings over 15 years of tenant representation and transaction management experience to his new role. He has worked with a wide array of clients in the biotech, tech, media, entertainment and advertising industries, including Armata Pharmaceuticals, Supernatural, Weedmaps and XYZ Films.

“With strong business acumen, industry experience and account management expertise, Tim will help our team provide timely strategies and customized solutions for our clients evolving real estate needs,” added Savills Vice Chairman Luke Troedson, who will be working closely with Dwight.
