TikTin Real Estate Brokers $17M Sale of Hallandale Beach Office Building

Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services (TREIS) has arranged the $16.5 million sale of an 11-story, 117,668-square-foot office building in Hallandale Beach.

Located at 1250 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd., the property was originally constructed in 1973 and is currently 78% leased. The building is situated on more than two acres of land is two miles from the Aventura Mall and less than a mile away from Gulfstream Park.

Adam Tiktin of TREIS represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. The buyer, Soliman Corp., an affiliate of 1250 E. Hallandale LP, acquired the property from Murray Family Associates, an affiliate of KEI Properties.
