Tikehau Capital Inks 23K SF in Midtown with Soloviev Group 

Tikehau Capital has leased 23,033 square feet on 9 West 57th Street’s 45th floor in Midtown with Soloviev Group. Other tenants including Davidson Kempner, Pointstate Capital, Panco Management and Loews Corp.  

9 West 57th Street, which is owned and managed by the Soloviev Group, also serves as its corporate headquarters. The team of Howard Fiddle, Gregg Rothkin, John P. Maher, Alex Leopold and Tara Rhodes from CBRE arranged the long-term lease transaction for Ownership. Tikehau Capital was represented by Roshan Shah of Avison Young. 

The towering skyscraper recently underwent significant upgrades and new amenities, including a 20,000-square-foot floor with modern conferencing, multi-functional meeting spaces, a grab-and-go coffee bar, executive dining, and a hospitality area. Tenants gain exclusive access to an 11,000 square foot fitness center with a spa-pool, golf simulator,  locker rooms, and bike storage. The Soloviev Foundation gallery, featuring Giacometti and Matisse masterpieces, now welcomes the public.
